What I want to know, is what's the number universe?  My TD-308 lets me
change 1-1 to 14 (no, I didn't even want to try to change them all).  I
guess the 816 has only 32 default 1xx 2xx numbers and then 165+ 195+.  In a
2-digit scheme that would be 11-18,21-28, and 61-68 and you have to stuff
all the remaining stations and extension numbers into 19x,29x and 69x  It
does seem to be a lot of trouble, especially since you have to deal with
XDP numbers.

I just tell the customer to add a "1" to the old extension.
