Based on information in the text, I am quite confident that the dealer that condemned Programmator is located very near Orlando, FL. Since I am only 99.9% sure, I will not name the dealer, but it's not hard to figure out who I mean. The company has a long history of bad business practices, including the following: (1) Lied about selling at "rock-bottom, wholesale pricing" when many items are priced higher than common retail prices (2) Invented "our industry's most prestigious honor" to award to itself (3) Set up a slanderous website mimicking another dealer's site (4) Plagiarized from AbleComm's and Jenne Distributors' websites (5) Was sued by the IRS for $36,037 in unpaid taxes (6) Was thrown off Ebay for cheating on auctions (shilling to raise auction prices) (7) Tried to auction products on Ebay before they were available (8) Was sued by the State of Florida for $25,117 in unpaid taxes (9) Was sued by BellSouth for unpaid bills (probably Yellow Page advertising) (10) Refused to allow customers to return items ordered by mistake or if the customer changed his mind. (11) Was sued by Arden Development Corp. (landlord?) for $15,001 (12) Was sued by Nationwide Credit Card Center for an unknown amount (13) Claimed that discontinued products were the latest versions (14) Claimed that installation & programming manuals are "essential," but did not include them with systems. (15) Lied about being "the largest Panasonic dealer." Larger than Circuit City or Best Buy? Not likely. (16) Included the three-line KX-TD7894 in a system configured for eight lines, and stated that it is available in white only. (The 7894 is made in black only). (17) Claimed that a D1232 package equipped with one 7055 analog proprietary phone, can handle 16 analog single-line phones. /mnm _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
