Options to consider are monaural vs. binaural, corded vs cordless,
over-the-head vs. over-the-ear, noise-canceling or not. SOme headsets
can be converted for over-the-head or over-the-ear use. Some good brands
are GN Netcom, Chameleon, Plantronics. Lots of info on choosing and
using at our www.headsethouse.com site.

I personally use a GN Netcom 2125 binaural noise-canceling model. Great
voice quality in and out, and very comfortable for all-day use.
