Hello all... I have a kx-td1232-5 and a new kx-tvs120. The 1232 has been in service for a while with a tvs-110 working perfectly. I am upgrading to a tvs-120 for the additional two ports. My problem is I can dial 165 to access vm without any problems. I have my no answer transfer for trunk 1 to 165 in which after 5 rings it goes to the tvs unit. When an outside call comes in, the tvs-120 answers it, but then just hangs up. I have checked all the settings I can think of (its ports are setup for Custom Service 1). CS 1 does work when dialing 165 from the inside.
