I have a customer we just installed a TA624 and a TVS50 for. They have two buildings connected via underground 25pr. They want to have an Auto Attendant Greeting play and the caller press one digit to ring into a group of 3 phones in bldg. A or press a different digit to ring a group of 8 phones in bldg. B. I know we can't do that from the TVS50 but it states in the manual that a "ring group" can be setup and transferred to, from the OGM/DISA board. I had one of our techs call Panasonic yesterday to verify this and he was told not to use the OGM/DISA board for auto attendant. Of course they never really explained why they recommend agaist it. I've been trying to call them today but have been hitting ungodly wait times on hold and have had to abandon several times. Can anyone help me out with this? Does the OGM board work OK or is there some problem with using it for AA?
