I think several problems exist with the programnator software. 1. The makers have no relationship with the manufacturer from what I can see. My experience is that Panasonic changes the software (not just dash level) often for minor bug fixes. This make the programnator not work correctly.
2. No web site for updates, registration or feedback on problems with the software. You have to keep asking them if they have a new version! 3. They say they are making a KX-TA624 version but the US version of the 624 only has a 1 way RS232 port from what we have been told. How can they program, through the phone? 4. We have used the programnator since very early on and have had some very strange problems happen on the systems we used to use it on. As a result we don't use any more. 5.
