Hi gang,

I set up a working UCD on a KXTD1232 -3 system with 4 extensions in the
group. Overflow was going to DISA and life was good.

Saturday, we had a storm go through that took out power long enough for the
system to go down.

Upon inspecting the programming, everything looks good, but since the
weekend, the UCD calls work in groups of 6 instead of 4.

In other words, previously, calls routed to extensions 101, then 102, then
103, then 104 and started back with 101.

Since the weekend, we are seeing a cycle of 6 as follows:
extension 101, 102, 103, 104, 3 rings voice mail (165), 3 rings voice mail
(165), then back to 101.

I have reset the KVT and the TVS to no avail. The two calls that route to
voice mail are not ringing any connected extensions.

Anyone have any ideas that may be helpful?

FWIW, I was not able to get into the last Panasonic Training due to a full
class in Houston, Texas - but my rep assures me that I am signed up for the
next session. I am anxious :)

Thanks,

Bill Rakowitz
