Has anyone experienced voice mail message cutoffs in mid sentence? I have a TVS100 
installed 6 mo ago and now a TVS200 installed 3 weeks ageo that are experiencing very 
intermittent (1-3 a day) instances of messages that are cutoff mid sentence. Also 
reports of trying to leave a message and 10 seconds into it the TVS lady says "Thank 
you, goodbye" as if it never heard a word that was spoken and the silence timer kicked 
in. 
The TVS100 is on a KXTD816-4 and has been moved to different lines, and re-initialized 
but no help. It is not cellular callers either. The TVS200 is on a KXTD1232-5 and 
replaced a TVS50 that was working fine for the second customer. Now he has cutoffs. I 
have heard a saved cutoff and the voice quality sounded fine until the cutoff mid 
sentence.
Panasonic tech assistance wanted 10 cutoffs saved and then they would remote in and 
use a "fifth level access" to adjust something. But most of these don't save or never 
were recorded and my customers are getting impatient.
Of course with my luck I'm probably the only one this has happened to but I'll ask 
anyway.
