I think you are using inband DTMF signalling. You should add a few pauses just after 
107 let the voicemail has a chance to answer first. This is a workaround that may not 
work if the voicemail are busy or  took longer then the pause period to answer.

Hi all

Customer wanted me to program a button so they could easily get into 
voicemail and listen to saved messages.  Mail box is 101.  So I programmed a 
button that simply dialed 107#6*101.

I expected it to then ask for the password and continue on as usual.  But it 
only acts like I dialed 107.

Any ideas why the system isn't seeing all the keystrokes I put in the button. 
 I tried pauses here and there but nothing worked.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
