Marc,

It's 6 months since I purchased this equipment from Ablecomm, when I asked
about the spanish prompts (USER1) they told me that they did not have any.

Obviously the next step was to get in touch with panasonic, and they told me
the following

> > We at KXTSUPPORT only support units sold and installed in the U.S.A. Since
> > the software and systems are specific to each country the software from
> one

While talking deeper with the KXTSUPPORT, he told me that they do not have this
version in spanish they wish they had since californian & other states are
requesting that BUT, they wish they had something. If you get something, you
can load it since it's from PANASONIC.

This makes me asume that If they do not have since it's USA and others may have
(south american), somebody could help me on this.

Now, I'm an end user I read all the manuals, no support or whatsoever in
BOLIVIA, so, I have to help myself. (There is a pana dealer here, but seems
like I know better than them about my TVS.

I sent messages to Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia, Paraguay, Chile. Only the
Paraguay people (from panasonic) sent me a reply and in fact they did sent me
the file, but seems like either my TVS is newer and has more features, or else,
since messages are half/half.

I'm certainly sure that you are right, user1 prompts are not ours, but what
should a end user do if pana do not answer in a timely manner? My only
solution is to try to get from other Pana users.

Now, the prompts only work in Panasonic TVS or TVP machines, and they cannot be
loaded in other VPS's so what's the problem? this prompts would not ever work
in Lucent's or any other VPS's

I honestly did not know at the time that I purchased this TVS200 that did not
came with spanish prompts I went to Panasonic website, compared which one was
better and placed my order in ablecomm

You may say... why you did not purchased in your home country? well the Pana
guys here in Bolivia know a little about this and they only offered me the
TVP200 that can be expanded to 8 port's the most. and I got the TVS200 with 12
ports on it.

I really apreciate your help and comprehension,

Regards,

Javier Galvez

PD. this is the version that I have and I wish anyone that sends me the file,
it's similar.
