1. Most classes are 3-5 days.
2. Class Schedules are compiled and posted on a quarterly basis, You must
call your Panasonic regional rep for class schedule and access. Classes are
usually at Panasonic in NJ, but there are classes in Atlanta too. There is a
pre-class exam for the tech you are sending to insure that the students have
a certain level of knowledge.
3. $800.00
4. NO, see answer in #2
5. You get whoever is available to teach the class. The NJ class is better
because the tech support team is there to help the instructor or if you have
specific needs that the instructor can't answer, he has a source down the
hall.

Subject: KX-T: Certification Class availibility

Several people have commented/questioned about the KX-TD* certification
class.

I would like to formalize the questions:

1. How long does the training last?
2. When and where is the training?
3. How much does the training cost?
4. Is there a Panasonic web site that lists the schedule?
5. Are any instructors to be sought out or avoided?

BTW: In the DCS (distributed control systems: e.g Honeywell, Foxboro,
Bailey, Yokogawa,...) world, training classes are an important source of
revenue for the manufacturer.

SE US location?
How much telco background is assumed?
