Dan, I can't help you in Phoenix, but that's an FCC
thing, the LEC can only wire to their (new) Network
Interface (demarc).

It's a good source of income (and new customers)
though.  Get to know your local ILEC installers and
salesmen!!!  They are very loyal when they find an
installer that can connect their cutovers to the new
demarc.  You get a hr service charge, AND customers
that are unhappy with their current vendor or just
might be looking to replace that old system with their
new found savings on lines.  We catch these
crossconnects while in-route to our existing
customers. Easy to sked, they know about two weeks
before the cutover.
