I have a client I recently took over with a D816 system, currently I cannot perform any database changes as I am locked out of the system. Either the password has been changed or assigned to a station that is not equipped, short of installing a station expander module to check the last possibility what is the simplest option to gain access? open the cabinet and disconnect the memory battery and defalt the programming ? any help appreciated.
