You are using old kernels on our Proxmox VE 1.9 - upgrade to latest stable, see http://forum.proxmox.com/threads/8399-New-2-6-32-Kernel-for-Proxmox-VE-1-9-stable If you still got issues, post in our Proxmox forum.
