[PATCH] Initialize kvm qemu enviroment breakpoints for PowerPC

This patch initilizes breakpoints in the cpu enviroment for PowerPC for kvm 
qemu.
It also adds places into gdb stub for commands that change env->nip, and load 
kvm registers with the new program counter.
