I know there has been work done on KWallet for it's move to KF5 but I've not even seen a prompt about it in quite awhile on my machine so I can't say it's current state. It's an upstream project like 98% of the stuff in Kubuntu. The bug tracker and KDE phab might the best places to look at it's current state.
