Hello everybody from Guwahati, Assam, India! I've just seen this in my mailbox, and am so excited to think of meeting many of you in Spain for a Kubuntu planning and hacking session(s). Please block out your calendar July 22nd to 27th, check out flights, and see if a trip to beautiful Almería, Spain fits in your budget. Remember that you can apply to the Ubuntu Community Fund for help with airfare and lodgings.
Friday the 21st I'll be busy all day at the KDE e.V. Annual Meeting (AGM), but would love to meet up with those of you who can attend for dinner or so. Also: please consider giving a talk, especially about some aspect of maintaining and growing the Kubuntu project. For instance, "working with KDE on packaging issues" or so would be of interest to all distro packagers, not just us. Those of you working to provide Snaps would probably be looking on kindly both by the Commmunity Fund and the Talks Committee as well (just a couple of examples that come to mind).
