Public bug reported:
To make it boot normally, I press the power button, then the Kubuntu
logo appears and the PC shuts down, and I turn the PC back on and it
boots normally.

Title:
When I turn on the PC, a black screen with a blinking dash in the
upper left corner randomly appears and it doesn't go any further in
Kubuntu 26.04
