Please open new bugs and you can add yours to see Also. Bugs must be specific by symptom, and unfortunately for this kind of issue, the causes are multiple. This one is impossible to follow through or understand anymore. And be specific regarding when this kind of issue happens. What is the folder? how is it mounted? is it in $HOME? what is the filesystem? is it a symlink ? Any folder ? Which file count are you talking about ? The information panel, a column in details view ? Provide a screenshot can allow to understand better the situation. We need ALL those answers to do anything.
