Public bug reported: When installing certain Flatpaks such as Parsec (https://flathub.org/apps/com.parsecgaming.parsec) through Discover, the installation fails with the message: Aborted due to failure (While trying to apply extra data: apply_extra script failed, exit status 256). However, if I run flatpak install parsec through the terminal, this doesn't happen and the installation commences normally. I suspect it is something to do with the flatpak discover backend for this reason.
Note: In my configuration, Flathub is installed as a user installation rather than system level. This could potentially have an effect on this issue.
