I'm a very casual Linux user and came here after googling for the error msg, reading an explainer on a couple of forums, and one linked here.
The reason the error message was confusing to me is the phrasing of the phasing. "... deferred due to phasing." Huh? What on my machine is phasing something? What is phasing?
