On a up to date Ubuntu Budgie 22.04.2 LTS x86_64, kate installed from
Muon package manager:

Hspell: can't open /usr/share/hspell/hebrew.wgz.sizes.

kf.sonnet.clients.hspell: HSpellDict::HSpellDict: Init failed

What really bugs me is: Why do I need a Hebrew dictionary?
