After enter KDE X11, shortcut Alf+Shift+r doesn't work anywhere, like in GUI
app or terminal.
I tried bluetooth keyboard and laptop built-in keyboard, they both have this
problem.
It happened rencently, maybe after once system upgrade.
The attachment video shows what happened.
There is no this problem in TTY which enter by press Ctrl+Alt+Fn.
There is no this problem in Wayland.
