Hi Maia, thanks for the patch! It looks good to me, although I am dropping the epoch. I doubt Launchpad will be upset about it, but this is also a somewhat rare case. (Upgrades from Bionic to Oracular directly will not be supported; the old amarok is likely to be removed along the way.)
