When trying to upgrade a riscv64 Lunar system to Mantic I saw this
error:
dpkg: error processing archive
/var/cache/apt/archives/desktop-base_12.0.6ubuntu1_all.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/etc/skel/.face', which is also in package
kubuntu-settings-desktop 1:23.04.5
Looking for /etc/skel/.face:
$ apt-file search /etc/skel/.face
desktop-base: /etc/skel/.face
desktop-base: /etc/skel/.face.icon
kubuntu-settings-desktop: /etc/skel/.face
kubuntu-settings-desktop: /etc/skel/.face.icon
ubuntustudio-default-settings: /etc/skel/.face
ubuntustudio-default-settings: /etc/skel/.face.icon
I guess we should add
Conflicts: desktop-base
to debian/control.
