Public bug reported:

Background:
I have a CMake project consisting of multiple sub-projects.
One such is a "template" project, which I duplicate every time I create a new
sub-project.

Issue:
If I try to duplicate this folder using the KDevelop "copy/paste" functionality
in the "Projects" view, when I click "Paste" a popup appears "Folder Already
Exists" with functionality to give a new name to the copy. This popup cannot
be interacted with; it appears that a separate KDevelop progress popup in the
Plasma notifications centre is blocking the input.

The progress popup can be interacted with to abort the copy, after which
KDevelop starts responding again with a failed copy operation popup.

Expected Result:
Able to interact with the "Folder Already Exists" dialog to give a unique name
to the copied folder.

** Affects: kdevelop (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
