Amarok was removed because it used an older version of Qt: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/amarok/+bug/1757590 It won't be added back in to current versions of Ubuntu, so if that is what you are asking for, this bug is a duplicate of that.
Amarok is finally working an a modern Qt5 version, but it is still in alpha/test state.
