Kubuntu-restricted-extras doesn't exist (at least the source package -
it's now in ubuntu-restricted-extras).
In any case, this is a java problem, and has nowhere near enough
information to solve this bug. Which release you're on, and why it
wouldn't work, would be helpful.
Tentatively, i'd expect this to be a duplicate.
