Public bug reported:
To reproduce:
1. install kubuntu breezy i386
2. upgrade to dapper 20060531 as follows: open konsole; insert dapper
"alternate" cd; run apt-cdrom add; edit sources.list to delete breezy cd and
change all other breezy to dapper; apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade;
attempt to view something in konqueror (fails); attempt to start kontact (fails
with dialogue about lack of mime data); attempt reboot via the K menu (fails);
press C-A-D on resulting text console, log in when it has rebooted
3. open konqueror and enter /usr/share/example-content/ in the URL bar
4. left-click on oo-about-these-files.odt
5. observe the "open these files" dialogue appears
