I just noticed, this happens in file mode as well. Sometimes I open Konqueror (which is preloading in the background) I get this error. When I open a second Konqueror window this will not have the error. I don't know what's going on, but somewhere these old settings are still available and are falsely loaded by the preloading konqueror instance.
