* Got Kgpg installed and visible ?
* Got gpg_agent NOT installed ?
* Got an encrypted mail (from you to you) available in receipt box
(or "sent") ?

=>
1. Select mail in upper part (vertically)
2. You should have something like

Message Title
   body part
   msg.asc

in the all lower part (you should have an error in decryption in the central
part).

3. Select the line containing msg.asc. An icon with msg.asc should appear in
the center part.
4. Drag that icon on Kgpg icon in systray.
5. Your secret pass should be asked.
6. And so what ?

We should be prompted for a place to save the decrypted file or message part,
shouldn't we ?

What have you got ?

Dragging encrypted attachment from Kmail (at least) doesn't give prompt for
saving
