Not that I am aware of (note: I haven't used kube-up in a while) Are you planning to run OVS on nodes and then build the overlay on your own, or do you have in mind to play with OVN? In the latter case, there's an official openvswitch project for OVN/kubernetes integration: https://github.com/openvswitch/ovn-kubernetes, which includes instructions for setting up kubernetes with OVN.
