My recollection of the event differs from Mark L.;

I had purchased the WAF’s around the same time from RR when they were recalled.
Apparently the mfg was out sourced to Mexico and they made them from mild steel 
and not 4130.
Jeanette claimed they were all recalled and replaced with the few builders that 
received them.
Builders noticed them because you could bend them with your bare hands.
You cannot bend the 4130 steel WAF’s by hand.
Try this on any suspect fittings.
