Just FYI, if you're using a standard keyboard with a number pad, to render "½" - hold down "Alt" and type "0189". I looked up how to do it with an Android keyboard and got nowhere. I'm guessing there are ASCII utilities for iOS and Android as there are for DOS. Mike
