I met Joe in Arkansas to make the rest of the trip to the California
Gathering from Illinois. It was those winds that made me decide to
return home and miss the only gathering I've missed since 1990. Winds
at the next planned stop in Oklahoma were causing tumbleweeds to pile up
and I didn't want my KR to be a part of the pile. Joe, with his
tri-gear, even had trouble at the Oklahoma stop. Steve Glover knows how
winds can trash a KR.
