You only need three of the five positions. One for 12V in from the battery, one is "Ignition ON", and the other is "START" (to the starter solenoid). The "solenoid" is that big lump on the starter that throws the pinion gear into the flywheel. It should be bolted to the starter already....the cylindrical thing you actually feed the giant electrical cable to, and the smaller terminal that receives the "signal" to actuate the solenoid. What you may need is a relay so all the juice for the solenoid doesn't go through the switch and lead to pre-mature death by switching too much current. Buy a big enough relay with a higher amperage rating than the solenoid "signal" uses to make the starter engage...or just use a big one, like 20A or so would likely work fine.
You can use the other terminals on the switch for whatever you want, but I doubt you need an "ACCessory" position in an airplane, but just because it's there, doesn't mean you have to use it.
