I recently came across the info that Rex Taylor sold HAPI to Mosler, back in 
the day.  Mark L. and others have pointed out a couple things to take a look at 
with HAPI's, flywheel being the most critical.  I don't know anything about 
current Moslers so I'm not implying anything.   Surely others on the net can 
cast an overview on this subject.  I've never heard anything bad about Moslers 
but simply because HAPIs became Moslers (if that's true . . . I really know 
nothing for sure), I would want to know (if I was flying a Mosler) just what I 
had.  

Steve Bennett told me Rex went to work with Moller of Moller Air Car fame.  

Sorry I'm no help regarding this search for the now-Canadian KR.  I only have 
personal experience with one Canadian KR, based in Edmonton.  It has a 
Revmaster.  The owner has several very nice aircraft and of all of them he says 
his KR is the most fun to fly.  He really loves it.  He bought it from the 
builder in the Maritimes, flew it home and couldn't be happier with it.
