Who has a test flight program for an engine replacement? Does
anyone have experience getting engine replacement approved? Any
advice is appreciated.
I am replacing a rotory engine with a 360.

You'll certainly need a new weight and balance. Call the local FSDO and
let them guide you as you'll need to do it by the regulations to be legal.
What's the engine going in? Certainly not a KR I'm guessing
