Has anybody had good luck with fuel senders and gauges?

My "capacitance" senders and gauges have been reliable for 15 years except for the sender to tank gasket.  I don't recall the manufacturer but guessing Westach.  The tank shape and size will determine if they are appropriate or not.  My probes are 7 feet long and extend from the wing attach point to the outboard end of the wing.  My tanks are not linear so the gauges are not linear but close enough for reference.  I guess no moving parts other than the needles on the gauge helps with reliability.
