I posted an e-mail to the address I had for Bob and it has not bounced
as of yet so it looks to still be active. Below is the note I sent on
behalf of the KR community. Feel free to add to it as you feel appropriate.

To the family of Bob Vermeulen,
I, and the KR community, were much saddened to heard of Bob's recent
passing. Bob and Terry attended many of our KR Gatherings, a dozen or
so in Mt.Vernon, Illinois that I hosted, and both became instant members
of the KR community. Much, if not all, of Bob's work still runs on the
internet and helps us to relive the considerable good times we enjoyed
at our get-together events. Bob was missed when his health prevented him
from attending our Gatherings and his passing only adds to our loss.
Our deepest sympathies to Bob's family and friends from the entire KR
Community.
