I ran into a major setback on my KR. The Bendix 3000 magneto that I am using on my Revmaster is giving me issues. Last year I purchased the new 049 heads from Revmaster and had the ignition wires converted to automotive plugs. I was timing the mag and noticed that two of the rivets that make contact with the magneto were missing at the end of the wires, also missing was a spring where the wires contact the magneto. I am returning the magneto cover to Revmaster to have the rivets re-installed and will try to find a spring for the magneto. The spring sits in the bottom of the cup where the wires contact the magneto. I need a solution to replace this antique magneto setup...
