There are many avenues that bring "dreamers" to this site. If we can
just motivate those that show up that already have the "dream" to
finish their project we will have accomplished a great deal.

Dr. Hsu,
After reading your post again I think we are in "violent agreement". I
was reading your post to say we need to bring more builders to the KR
community but realize you want more to finish their projects. I think
those of us that have been on the net for years have supported all
builders that ask for help. Beyond that we can only give "reasons" to
be motivated like the photo I posted and our annual Gatherings but
motivation comes from within and it is up to the builder to nourish that
motivation. We can "push" builders across the finish line but we can't
"drag" them.
