Kevin, I have an unmodified "Grumman gear leg" as were available on EBay some 6 years ago. 26 1/2" long, 6 3/4" wide at the top & 3 3/4" wide at the bottom, 1" thick and close to 10 pounds each. I recall they were cut down and/ or planed thinner before use on KRs at we don't weigh as much as the certified Grumman airplanes. And making another plug for the Email Search function, just try this; https://list.krnet.org/empathy/search?q=grumman+gear+leg&slist=krnet.list.kr net.org&collapse=on I found 18 messages...
