There are many who do. I've seen articles about regional carriers back in
the day when they ran piston-engine planes saying they used to buy MMO in
50-gallon drums.

My point was that I wouldn't share that info with the "insurance
adjuster" after an engine failure and off airport landing or others in
authority.
Insurance adjuster: "Marvel Mystery Oil? Huumm, tell me more".
