I don't think there is no torque figure for the win attachment bolts. Just do them tight and no need for cotter keys or pins, as you can never get them to line up when you have a good tightness of the bolts and nuts. Just use nylocks, they won't come undone. I take my wings of regularly. You can keep using the nylocks as long as they still have some resistance to turning by hand.
