So my solution was I had a realtor friend who, while we were drinking cocktails, I challenged him : "Waterfront properties are all over the place, dime a dozen..". "See if you can find me a house with a hangar and runway in the backyard!" He pulled it off! Amazing! I have been living in my airport property for nearly 10 years..
