The youtube link says the flight was in Devonport Tasmania, that is a long
way from KAEG. Robert Gill looks like the owner. 

I'm not sure this flight was the best. On takeoff, it is best to level out
once off the ground and build up some airspeed (at least 80 mph) before
starting a climb out. It looks like he just kept up a high nose angle and
might have been pushing along just above stall speed.

On landing, he was way long, he should have gone around. But reading his
details he had to land due to high EGT temps. 

Look like he got everything sorted out, he has another youtube video posted
two years later in 2016. It includes a pretty good landing showing how much
he has to work the rudder pedals to keep it centered down the runway on
landing.
