I made my own wing attach fittings. Having a drill index with 1/64th
spacing, drill the holes 3 or 4 sizes smaller than the finished hole.
Then , by 64ths of an inch, drill out the hole to the finished size.
This will get you to the best rounded hole you can get without a

 I'm guessing that would not be a job for a "Sears" drill bit.
Sometimes
 us "high school physics engineers" survive in spite of ourselves.
