In what country do you live?  In the USA an "ultralight" max weight is 264 pounds and stall speed is an issue as well as total fuel and single place only.  That will never happen with a KR2. Outside the U.S. "ultralight" has a different meaning as I recall.  In the U.S. you may get a KR2 down to "light sport" with some planning but that's about all.
