Luis,
You can make it back from this.  As mentioned above there are many ways to
keep flying.  Get a good AME.  After all of my medical issues, including
cardiac, mine basically told me that I could not pass a medical and just go
Basic Med.  And helped me through the process.
That's where I am.  No muss, no fuss.  Can still do everything I want to do
and plan to do so.
I will fly before I die.  That's my plan.
